Today I woke up and worked out for 2 1/2 hours. It loosened up the mucus. I think I am on the mend.
My boys are both camping. Austin is at Helaman's camp, Rocky is at a scout overnighter. It's quiet around here.
That's all I really have to say right now, so I'm going to stop.

Glad to hear you're feeling better.
It sounds like Austin is going to love Helaman's Camp.
Soon Michael will be doing those overnighters ... I'm looking forward to going with him.
